Three tracks
Track One
Referral
You introduce a business. We build and score the Money File™ and route it. If a funding partner pays Kayanda on that transaction, you receive a share of what Kayanda actually receives.
- Proposal and capture consultants
- CPAs and bookkeepers serving contractors
- Staffing, trucking, and facilities associations
- Brokers without federal specialization
Track Two
API reseller
You license the Payment Certainty Score™ on a Growth or Scale plan and score receivables inside your own product or desk, under your own client relationship.
- Factors and lenders
- Fintech and lending platforms
- Accounting and AR software
Track Three
Kayanda Receivables Intelligence Network™
You contribute anonymized outcomes — quoted terms, actual time-to-cash, true cost, funded or declined, and realised payment dates — and receive query credits plus early access to aggregate Outcome Graph™ and Payer Graph™ findings. Contributions exclude names and account numbers.
- Factors and funders with historical government paper
- Brokers and finance professionals
- Government contractors with invoice histories
How the referral track works
- You apply below. We review manually. There is no fee and nothing to buy.
- On approval you receive a tracking link —
/r/YOUR-CODE — and a dashboard token.
- Anyone arriving through your link is attributed to you for 90 days.
- Their Money File™ is built and scored automatically, then routed to a funding partner.
- You watch activity in your dashboard: clicks, files, hand-offs, outcomes.
- If a funding partner pays Kayanda on a transaction you introduced, your share becomes payable after Kayanda receives that payment.
The share is a percentage of the fee Kayanda actually receives, set in your partner agreement. Nothing accrues if Kayanda is not paid. Kayanda does not promise, project, or estimate what any partner will earn.
What partners may and may not do
This matters more than the economics, and it is the part most referral programs leave vague. Kayanda is not a lender and neither are you.
You may
- Introduce a business and explain, accurately, what Kayanda does.
- Share your tracking link, the research note, and published Kayanda materials.
- Help a client assemble documents they already have.
You may not
- Quote advance rates, fees, pricing, or terms, or suggest what a funder will offer.
- Negotiate on behalf of a funding partner or represent yourself as acting for one.
- Collect any fee, deposit, or payment from an applicant.
- Give financing, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
- State or imply that funding is approved, likely, guaranteed, or pre-qualified.
- Make earnings claims about the partner program to anyone.
- Use paid search on Kayanda brand terms, or contact anyone who has not consented to hear from you.
Some states regulate commercial finance brokering and require licensing or disclosure. You are responsible for your own compliance in the states where you operate, and Kayanda may decline or end any partnership at any time.

Program disclosure. The Kayanda partner program is free to join. There is no franchise fee, joining fee, purchase requirement, required inventory, or minimum commitment, no territory or exclusivity is granted, and Kayanda exercises no control over a partner's own business operations. It is not a franchise under the FTC Franchise Rule (16 CFR Part 436) or applicable state franchise laws, and it is not a business opportunity under the FTC Business Opportunity Rule (16 CFR Part 437). No earnings claims. Kayanda makes no representation, projection, or estimate of the revenue, profit, or income any partner may receive, and past activity by any partner is not indicative of future results. Compensation, where applicable, is a share of fees Kayanda actually receives from a third-party funding partner, is payable only after Kayanda receives those fees, and is governed entirely by a written partner agreement, which controls over this page. Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, franchisees, or joint venturers of Kayanda. Kayanda Capital is a product of Kayanda LLC (organized 2018) and is not a bank, direct lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, credit bureau, consumer reporting agency, or money transmitter; Kayanda makes no underwriting or funding decisions, retains no credit risk, and funding is never guaranteed. Partners are solely responsible for compliance with commercial finance broker licensing, disclosure, advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws applicable to them. Nothing on this page is legal, tax, or investment advice, or an offer of securities.
